Many population genetecists acknowledge that all humans descended from one man and one woman!!!
Being able to assign a date as to how far back in time they lived is currently a heated controversy.
We are cautiously optimistic that Adam and Eve are factual, and that in time the discrepancies in how long ago they lived will be resolved.
